It was pouring the first time I saw Mr Winter — he walked confidently on the Champs-Élysées as if the rain did not touch him. When I devised these ankle boots, I remembered that day and how it seemed that Mr Winter did not choose his outfit according to the weather; rather, the climate changed based on what he wore.
